Choose a pack for the number of attempts you need

Single is a small commitment when you already have a portrait and a clear idea for a clean video. It gives you one standard generation, which is one creative attempt rather than a guarantee of a particular artistic result. Duo gives you five standard attempts. Each attempt creates one video with a single featured performer. The useful comparison is the credit quantity displayed alongside the price. Crew provides thirty-five standard attempts for someone planning a larger collection or trying several portraits and audio ideas. Choose based on the number of generations you want available, rather than assuming that the pack name describes the number of people or performers in a clip.

Purchased credits do not expire

Credits from every one-time pack stay in your account without an expiration date. You do not need to spend the balance within a month or hurry to finish an idea before a billing cycle ends. There is no automatic renewal that silently adds another pack. A later purchase is a separate order that adds its credits to your remaining balance.

For example, buying Single and then Duo adds 60 purchased credits in total, enough for six standard generations before any usage. If you have already spent 10 credits, the remaining balance is 50. The account's credit history records grants and consumption so the arithmetic can be checked. This cumulative balance is different from a subscription allowance that resets each month or replaces the previous period's unused units.

Free previews and paid output serve different purposes

A visitor can try one standard generation without an account or card. That guest video includes a watermark and uses the anonymous browser allowance. A newly registered account also receives 10 welcome credits, enough for one watermarked standard generation. These benefits make it possible to understand the experience before purchasing a pack, while keeping the terms visible.

Purchased-credit generations include clean HD output. A free preview does not become a paid order simply because you sign in, and purchasing credits does not silently remove a watermark from a previous video. You decide when to create the next paid generation. Because AI rendering can vary, that new take may not reproduce every gesture or camera movement from the earlier preview. Keep a copy of any free result you want to retain.

Understand what happens at checkout

You must sign in before buying credits so the order and credit grant belong to the correct account. The public generator remains available to guests; the account requirement applies to purchases and account-owned entitlements. Selecting a pack sends its product identifier to the server, where the authoritative catalog determines the amount, currency, and credit quantity. Your browser does not decide how much a payment is worth.

Stripe Checkout presents the payment form. Enter payment details there, not in a support chat or an AI conversation. A generation uses credits once

Your credit history shows each accepted generation and the balance it used. Older available credits are used first. Keep the generator open to follow the progress of an attempt and find the finished video in its status panel. If your connection drops, return to the same account and browser session to check the existing attempt before starting another one.

Your account tracks welcome credits separately from purchased credits. The clean-download entitlement depends on the source of credits funding the generation, not merely on whether the account has ever made a purchase. If welcome credits are consumed first, the corresponding attempt remains watermarked. Review the status and download label for the current video so you know which output is available before sharing it.

Failure recovery is separate from a payment refund

A confirmed failed video generation restores the credits consumed by that attempt. For a guest, it releases the free allowance instead. This is credit recovery within the product; it is not automatically a refund of the original Stripe purchase. A job still queued or running has not reached a confirmed failure. Network interruptions may require the system to reconcile a provider request before deciding whether an attempt can safely be retried.

A request for a monetary refund is a separate matter under the site's terms and the circumstances of the purchase. Do not assume that consuming a pack and then requesting a payment reversal will recreate the original unused balance. A full refund removes any unused credits from that purchase; credits already spent are recorded as used. Consult the terms of service and use the signed-in support channel if you need help with a specific order.

Review the creative result before relying on it

Credits buy generation attempts. They do not guarantee perfect lip synchronization, an exact musical arrangement, or a frame-identical recreation of a prior result. AI may reinterpret a photo or optional audio reference. Inspect the face, hands, microphone, and complete soundtrack before using a video publicly. Only upload media and likenesses that you have permission to use.
