What this service processes

AI Tiny Desk at aitinydesk.me turns a portrait and optional audio into a desk concert video. To provide that service, we process the image and audio you submit, your selected style, processing status, and the generated video. Upload only media you have permission to use. Do not submit private documents or unrelated sensitive information.

Guest sessions and accounts

A guest can use the tool without an account. An essential, first-party cookie identifies that browser session so the service can enforce the free allowance and let the same browser retrieve its result. Clearing that cookie can remove access to your guest video. The cookie is not an advertising profile.

If you create an account, we process your email, name, authentication records, and account activity. Google sign-in requests basic identity information: name, email, and profile image. It does not request access to Gmail, Drive, or your other Google files. Password credentials are stored as hashes rather than readable passwords.

Media and service providers

Uploaded media is sent to the configured AI provider, Fal, to process the requested performance. Media and results are stored in a private Cloudflare R2 bucket. Temporary signed links allow the processor to access the files it needs. The website checks the owning account or guest session before serving a generated video. Access links should still be treated as private.

Provider processing may take place in the United States or other locations where the provider operates. The provider's own privacy terms also govern its handling of submitted content. We do not promise that a third-party provider immediately deletes a processed file. We do not automatically publish your uploads or results in our examples gallery.

Purchases and records

Stripe handles payment details through Checkout. We retain the order amount, currency, product, payment status, provider identifiers, and credit ledger necessary to fulfill purchases, prevent duplicate fulfillment, support customers, and reconcile transactions. We do not store complete payment card numbers. Buying a credit pack does not create a subscription.

Retention and deletion

Account information, order records, credit balances, uploaded media, and generated results are retained while needed to operate the service and resolve processing or support issues. There is currently no promise of automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. Download results you wish to keep; the service is not a permanent media archive.

You can request access, correction, or deletion by opening a support ticket. Include the relevant generation or order identifier, and never include a password or complete card number. We may need to verify ownership before releasing or deleting private data. Transaction and security records may need to be retained after a media deletion request.

Security and changes

We use access checks, encrypted provider credentials, private storage, and HTTPS for the production service. These controls reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every system or transmission is free from failure. We may update this policy as the service changes; the date above identifies this version. Material changes will be described on this page.
